MontrealTaxi.ca operates this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is short because there isn’t much.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you send us a message we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
- Phone calls. Calls to the number on this site are handled by our dispatch partner, so your call is subject to their handling as well as ours.
- Website analytics. We may use Google Analytics and advertising measurement tags to see how many people visit and which pages they read. These use cookies and record a truncated IP address. They do not tell us who you are.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers needed to run the site and answer your enquiry.
- We do not send marketing email to people who only used the contact form.
Drivers
If you apply to drive with us, your application is handled in our platform at app.montrealtaxi.ca under the terms presented to you there. It is not covered by this page.
Your rights
Under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@montrealtaxi.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
